Student Band Fee Info

You can now check your band fee balance through the CHARMS Office website using the following procedure:

INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Go to the Charms Office website using the following link:

                https://www.charmsoffice.com/charms/parents.asp


2.  For School Code, enter WHTaftHSBand
     (exactly like that, including upper and lower case letters)

3.  Click the button "ENTER PARENTS AREA"
4.  Enter your Student's ID Number ######  in the Student Password area
     and click the Enter button  (Ignore the Chaperone Password area)
5.  Once you've logged in, click the green FINANCES button

Band Fees for the 2009-2010 year are $250 per student and are due by September 30th, 2009.  Fees are used to pay for items for band meals prior to an event on a weekday evening, uniform cleaning, marching contest entrance fees, and students items including shirts, shoes, gloves.

Fees for upper classmen (grades 10-12) can be reduced if shoes and/or red band shirt are not needed:

  $250 if all items are needed (freshmen & new students need all items!)
  $225 if upperclassman does not need new marching shoes
  $230 if upperclassman does not need band shirt, but does need shoes
  $205 if upperclassman does not need new shoes or red band shirt

Payment can be sent to the “White Box” in the Band Hall.  Write “Band Fee” and your student’s name on envelope containing payment.  Checks should be made to:  Taft Raider Band.
