Water, Water, Water!
Not only for San Antonio yards, but for Raider Band Students!
Raider band students are reminded to drink LOTS of
water this summer. Making water your drink of choice and drinking plenty of it
will have amazing results for conditioning your body during the summer and help
with endurance during the August band camp and throughout marching
season.
