What is CHARMS?
Charms Office Assistant is the premiere management, communication, assessment, and financial system used by successful fine arts programs nationwide. It is our primary means to track TRB finances, events, and information.
One of the biggest benefits of CHARMS is that you can track you student's finances on his/her account. Once you log in, you can see the remaining balance of funds for band fees, check on how much has been raised through fund raisers, and you can pay through PAYPAL or with a debit/credit card!
Here is how to sign in:
1. Go to charmsoffice.com, click login, or click here to go directly to the login page.
2. Log in with the TRB School Code which is: WhTaftHSBand
3. Enter your student's six digit NISD school id number.
